【正文】 (7 周 ) 評(píng)閱及答辯 ( 周 ) 備 注 指導(dǎo)教師: 年 月 日 審 批 人: 年 月 日 四川科技職業(yè)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 第 Ⅳ 頁(yè) 摘 要 隨著機(jī)電一體化的加工技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,數(shù)控機(jī)床的應(yīng)用已日趨普及,機(jī)械制造業(yè)正在越來(lái)越多地采用數(shù)控技術(shù)來(lái)改善其生產(chǎn)加工方式,社會(huì)對(duì)其相應(yīng)技術(shù)人才的需求也越來(lái)越高.為此,我國(guó)機(jī)電產(chǎn)品呈現(xiàn)機(jī)電一體化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中開(kāi)始應(yīng)用可靠性設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)等現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法,消 化了引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)和新材料,新工藝在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的推廣采用.技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)向國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)靠攏,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作也有了新的發(fā)展,因而大大提高了機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品水平。 數(shù)控加工的目的是讓加工精度更高,效率更高,減少人為的加工失誤.為了滿足和適應(yīng)這個(gè)新的形勢(shì).因此,本人概述了軸類(lèi)典型零件的加工工藝及加工方案,通過(guò)自己所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和實(shí)際加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)并把數(shù)控機(jī)床與普通機(jī)床合理的結(jié)合在一起,更好的應(yīng)用到實(shí)際當(dāng)中. 對(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量是企業(yè)生存的基礎(chǔ),那么產(chǎn)品工藝合理性就是根本中的根本.本人經(jīng)過(guò)工藝編制,將普通機(jī)床與數(shù)控機(jī)床合理的結(jié)合 ,使現(xiàn)有資源合理化,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本高收益,首先進(jìn)行軸類(lèi)加工方案的確定,然后選擇滿足圖定尺寸要求的機(jī)床,從而確定加工工藝。 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要的內(nèi)容是軸類(lèi)零件的數(shù)控加工工藝設(shè)計(jì).采用普通機(jī)械加工和數(shù)控加工相結(jié)合的方式,設(shè)計(jì)編制軸類(lèi)零件的普通加工工藝規(guī)程和數(shù)控加工工藝規(guī)程,并編制精加工的數(shù)控加工程序。這次對(duì)于減速機(jī)輸出軸的加工采用數(shù)控車(chē)床C616A 進(jìn)行加工,采用線切割技術(shù)把毛 坯切好進(jìn)行熱處理,再用 車(chē)床進(jìn)行粗加工,先把軸的端面車(chē)好,留下一定的余量,對(duì)加速軸的兩外端進(jìn)行倒角。接著對(duì)鍵槽用銑刀進(jìn)行半精加工,最后用 C616A 數(shù)控車(chē)床進(jìn)行精加工磨砂保證亮端面的平行度偏差不超過(guò) ,外圓的尺寸保證在 φ 68。讓各部位尺寸都達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 機(jī)械加工 數(shù)控加工 加工工藝 四川科技職業(yè)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 第 V 頁(yè) Abstract With the mechanical and electrical integration of the rapid development of processing technology, CNC machine tool applications have bee increasingly popular, machinery manufacturing industry is increasingly using CNC technology to improve their production and processing, and social needs of its corresponding technical personnel have an increased higher.
