【正文】 認證模式中選取合適的模式。 2 ．根據(jù)指令要求采取自我評定或申請第三方評定或強制申請歐共體通知程序認可認證機構評定后，編制制造商自我評定的一致性聲明和（或）認可認證機構的 CE 證書，作為可以或準許使用 CE 標志的前提條件。 3 ．由制造商按有關指令規(guī)定在通過規(guī)定模式的合格評定后，自行制作或加附 CE 標志及有關指令規(guī)定的附加信息。 4 ．有關指令規(guī)定應在 CE 標志 部位，接著加附認可認證機構的識別編號時，應由執(zhí)行合格評定的認可認證機構自行加附，或授權制造商或其在歐共體的代理商負責加附。 對特別危險的產品，指令中規(guī)定由強制性認可認證機構進行產品樣品試驗和（或）質量體系認可的，均應先取得評定認可，才能獲準使用 CE 標志。 What is CE Marking?
