【正文】 cancer patients admitted to our hospital were selected as theresearch objects. They were divided into two groups on average. The observationgroup （20 cases） selection of docetaxel bined with cisplatin therapy, the control group （20 cases） choose docetaxel therapy alone. From three angles of clinical effect,adverse reaction and activity status, the differences of the two treatments werepared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the twogroups in clinical efficiency and disease control （P amp。gt。 ）. Conclusion Docetaxelbined with cisplatin therapy with docetaxel alone therapy, targeted therapyfailure of non small cell lung cancer reliable therapy, and the clinical effect of later isbetter.【Key words】 Non small cell lung cancer。 Docetaxel。 C
