要固定資產(chǎn)是企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中不可或缺的部分，它在企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中扮演著重要的角色。對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，固定資產(chǎn)管理是非常重要的。通過(guò)加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)的管理，可以有效地將企業(yè)內(nèi)部擁有的資產(chǎn)合理化的分流，合理的管理使用資產(chǎn)，使其在企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營(yíng)中最大化的發(fā)揮其作用，降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的成本并且提高工作效率，從而提高企業(yè)獲得收益。雖然現(xiàn)在很多企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識(shí)到了資產(chǎn)管理的重要性，但是它們?nèi)匀辉诓捎猛ㄟ^(guò)人工進(jìn)行單據(jù)記錄的方式進(jìn)行著資產(chǎn)的管理，這樣會(huì)引起一系列的問題，比如：資產(chǎn)分散，不能合理利用，浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重，跟蹤欠缺，數(shù)據(jù)失真等等。為了解決這些問題，我們需要采用電子化的系統(tǒng)替代紙質(zhì)單據(jù)的方式進(jìn)行企業(yè)資產(chǎn)的管理。資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)能夠提供對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部與資產(chǎn)相關(guān)的所有操作的管理，包括資產(chǎn)的采購(gòu)、下發(fā)、維修、處理、清產(chǎn)核資等，做到了對(duì)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)的全生命周期的管理和更加完善的幫助；系統(tǒng)通過(guò)利用工作流技術(shù)降低單位資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)間的剛性，使企業(yè)在進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)管理的時(shí)候可以根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)要求和管理要求靈活地組織業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)模式。本文首先分析了資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景，結(jié)合管理信息系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)與發(fā)展要求，并參考國(guó)內(nèi)外資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)研究的情況，提出開發(fā)有特色的資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的具體目標(biāo)和本系統(tǒng)要達(dá)到的目標(biāo)。在需求分析階段分析總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程，闡明了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標(biāo)和要解決的問題，進(jìn)而將系統(tǒng)功能性需求以流程圖和用例圖的形式進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明，得到了對(duì)資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)指南。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)物理架構(gòu)、軟件架構(gòu)以及應(yīng)用模式的設(shè)計(jì)，并具體的劃分了系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)。在系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)中，首先從資產(chǎn)管理初始化、資產(chǎn)采購(gòu)管理、資產(chǎn)實(shí)物管理三個(gè)方面采用流程圖和圖表的方式進(jìn)行主要功能的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，其次通過(guò)具體表結(jié)構(gòu)的描述方式展示了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。隨后，在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中，采用基于 J2EE 的 Struts 作為開發(fā)框架，采用 MVC 的模式，將前臺(tái)的顯示層與后臺(tái)的處理層分開，通過(guò)配置映射文件和 JAVABEANS 建立二者前臺(tái) JSP 文件與后臺(tái) JAVA 文件之間的跳轉(zhuǎn)與數(shù)據(jù)傳遞。通過(guò)建立映射文件搭建了系統(tǒng)前臺(tái)與后臺(tái)之間的聯(lián)系與數(shù)據(jù)傳輸通道；設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)鏈接過(guò)濾器實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)對(duì)多種數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的支持；采用數(shù)據(jù)逐層追蹤的方式保護(hù)業(yè)II / 82務(wù)單據(jù)，保證了不會(huì)出現(xiàn)非法資產(chǎn)的情況；利用 XML 文件保存系統(tǒng)配置信息，方便了系統(tǒng)信息的更改等。在系統(tǒng)測(cè)試中，通過(guò)不同的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試，并且對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。最后，本文對(duì)資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)目前的應(yīng)用情況作了簡(jiǎn)單介紹，并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，提出了對(duì)系統(tǒng)的展望和改進(jìn)建議。關(guān)鍵詞：資產(chǎn)管理； They take the important roles in the enterprises’ daily management. As for an enterprise, capital assets management is very important. By the way of enhancing the management of enterprise’s capital assets, we can efficiently distribute the assets which belong to the enterprise interior, and we also can logically manage and use the assets. Therefore, the maximal function will be brought in to play during the enterprise’s daily operation, the working cost of it will be reduced, and people’s work efficiency will improve, thus the enterprise’s ine can be acquired. Although many enterprises are on to the importance of capital assets management, they still manage their assets by manual work to record the bill of documents. This can cause a series of problems, such as separated assets, unreasonable use, too many wastes, lacking follows and distorted data, etc. To solve these problems, it is necessary for us to introduce an electronic system instead of paperbased document to carry the enterprise’s capital assets management. Assets management system provides all the management methods which are related to capital asserts of the enterprise interior, including stock, distribute, maintain, dispose, check and so on. Therefore, the whole lifecycle management of enterprise assets is made and more consummate help is carried. Moreover, the system utilizes workflow technology to reduce the rigidity among unit assets management operation, by which the enterprise can anize operation modes neatly when it is in the assets management process.
