Br J Pharmacol 2022。165(3):72940 ｝ 以上均為不含磺胺成分的 5ASA制劑，歐洲稱為 美沙拉秦(Mesalazine， Mlz),北美洲稱為 美沙拉命 (Mesalamine)。 磺胺成分被取代后研制成的制劑 ｝ 5ASA的療效 / Sulfasalzin Drugs Sulfasalzin (Azulfidine?) 細(xì)菌降解 形成磺胺吡啶和 5氨基水楊酸 美沙拉嗪 (5ASA) pH依賴釋放 (Salofalk ? , Claversal ?) 時(shí)間依賴釋放 (Pentasa ?) （ Olz方案或 Blz方案）： 1)藥物組合 誘導(dǎo)緩解與維持緩解先后均用奧沙拉秦（ Olz）或巴柳氮（ Blz) 口服制劑 2)適應(yīng)癥 是誘導(dǎo)與維持輕 中度潰結(jié)緩解的 另一種選擇， 較適合用于遠(yuǎn)端結(jié)腸病變 3)療效評(píng)估與方案調(diào)整 服用 4～ 8周后如無(wú)效，應(yīng)調(diào)整為按中度以上潰結(jié)使用激素治療方案 4)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn) 避免了 SASP的磺胺成分，對(duì) SASP不耐受患者中，約 80%可耐受 奧沙拉秦（以及美沙拉秦），且發(fā)揮作用較快（一般 2～ 4周），但 價(jià)格較貴 。巴柳氮對(duì)左半結(jié)腸炎及夜間腹瀉較明顯患者更有一定優(yōu)越性 Panaccione R, et al. Aliment Pharmacol Ther 28, 674–688 （ SASP）方案 : 1)藥物組合 如表 1所示，第一步 誘導(dǎo)緩解與 第二步維持緩解均口服 SASP片劑 2)適應(yīng)癥 輕 中度 結(jié)腸炎 (包括左側(cè)結(jié)腸炎或 廣泛性結(jié)腸炎 )的誘導(dǎo) /維持緩解 3)療效評(píng)估與方案調(diào)整 服用 4～ 8周后應(yīng)予評(píng)估，如無(wú)
