We have only to individual psychological characteristics on staff awareness activities in the psychological process ( knowledge, emotion and willpower ) to study, to understand its role. For example, every one can know, but cognitive ability is different, some people observe the details, and some people will be negligent 。 some people like to take the matter on its merits, some people can infer other things from one fact 。 some people know things relatively shallow, some people are more profound. Everyone can produce emotional activities, but the mood in the speed and strength but differ from man to man. Some bad temper, be triggered at any moment, the mood easy to reveal outside 。 some are slow, sluggish, mood is irritable. People in the volitional activity, also show different characteristics. Some people in the work independently, have selfcontrol 。 some have very big dependency, working in blindness and impulsiveness are very strong.
