Key words: Xuebijing Injection,Organophosphate poisoning,Cardiovascular systerm,Injuries,Immunohistochemistry,Nuclear factor?kappa B 近年，急性有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥中毒并發(fā)心血管損傷的病死率隨器官功能損傷程度的增加而升高，心臟損害 、心律失常、心功能不全、微循環(huán)障礙等對整個病情影響極大，已成為有機(jī)磷中毒患者死亡的主要原因之一 [1]。本研究應(yīng)用血必凈注射液聯(lián)合常規(guī)治療藥物對急性有機(jī)磷中毒并發(fā)心血管損傷患者進(jìn)行治并心血管損傷患者，按入院順序隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)治療組 (陽性對照組 )和血必凈注射液治療組 (實驗組 )。KKME專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)搜索引擎 實驗組又根據(jù)血必凈注射液的治療劑量分成實驗亞組Ⅰ (100?mL 組 )和實驗亞組Ⅱ (150?mL 組 )，另設(shè)健康體檢者為陰性對照組。陽性對照組共 35 例，其中男 16 例，女 19 例，平均年齡 (177。 )歲。中毒類型：對硫磷 8 例，敵敵畏 9 例 ，敵百蟲 7 例，樂果 5 例，氧化樂果 6 例。中毒程度：中度 13 例，重度 22 例。實驗組共 35 例，其中男 15 例，女 20 例，平均年齡 (177。 )歲。中毒類型：對硫磷7 例，敵敵畏 8 例，敵百蟲 8 例，樂果 7 例，氧化樂果 5 例。中毒程度：中度 14 例，重度 21 例。其中實驗亞組Ⅰ 17 例，男 7 例，女 10例，平均年齡 (177。 )歲 。實驗亞組Ⅱ 18 例，男 8 例，女 10 例，平均年齡 (177。
