【正文】 稱調(diào)節(jié)痙攣。 睫狀肌 懸韌帶 晶狀體 2022/2/2 11 2022/2/2 12 皮下注射 10~15mg毛果蕓香堿，可明顯增加汗腺、唾液腺的分泌。 [臨床應(yīng)用 ] 毛果蕓香堿是治療青光眼首選藥物。 特點(diǎn)：作用快、溫和、短暫，刺激性小，滲透性好。 2022/2/2 13 青光眼 閉角型 (angleclosure glauconma 充血性青光眼 )：前房角間隙狹窄(近視者 ) 。 開角型 (openclosure glauconma 單純性青光眼 )：鞏膜靜脈竇血管硬化（老年者）。 2022/2/2 14 與擴(kuò)瞳藥（ 阿托品 ）交替使用，防止虹膜與晶狀體粘連。 口服增加唾液腺的分泌，可治療頸部放療后的口腔干燥 。 2022/2/2 15 [不良反應(yīng) ] 眼科局部用藥無明顯不良反應(yīng)。劑量過大或口服給藥時(shí)，可出現(xiàn) M受體過度興奮的癥狀?？捎冒⑼衅穼?。 [注意 ] 滴眼時(shí)應(yīng)壓迫眼內(nèi)眥，防止藥液由鼻腔粘膜吸收產(chǎn)生毒副作用。 2022/2/2 16 Mushroom Poisoning 2022/2/2 17 煙堿（ Nicotine ，尼古丁） 2022/2/2 18 1.
