One of the Ninth large crane to install safety monitoring and management system, realize the prehensive monitoring and management on safety of the hoisting machine, analysis of realtime monitoring, failure to provide crane analysis processing, data acquisition, operation and maintenance, production statistics and overall equipment usage, for statistics and analysis results to report mode the output, it can be effective for the management staff to provide prehensive, timely data aided, also can help repair personnel to monitor and maintain the crane. Through the whole project design cycle including system requirement analyses and system modeling, Rational Unified Process or RUP is used as development tool to analyze and configure software development process。 The Unified Modeling Language or UML is used as standard language for specifying。 C is used as a programming and development platform. Based on the detailed analyses WEB development technology background and current status for the project,inland and internationally, this paper presents the major issue that must be solved and presents the whole system descriptions. Further more, it gives the detailed requirement analyses and system architecture. To illustrate some topical samples are used to show how system modules are designed and implemented. In this paper, the following key issues are solved: First, there is a short of mutual and standard methodology for RUP and UML process in IT development work. In this paper, a bination method of RUP and traditional waterfall construction process, as well as UML and structural procedural languages introduced. This standardized software developing methodology in the team working environment. Second, there are two basic structures for large enterprise MIS, Centralized systems and distributed project adopt centralized store/distributed mmanagement the data save in the server that place on the central machine room. The safety is higher. Third,the requirement of the system safety and performance is higher ,system distinguish all users into different level ,different users have deffrent hard disk in the server adopt RAID 5 .
