【正文】 但是，同時(shí)語(yǔ)言也是文化的產(chǎn)物，顏色詞是與民族文化特點(diǎn)聯(lián)系極為密切的一類(lèi)詞。盡管說(shuō)不同的民族之間的顏色觀念不盡相同，但是在英漢這兩種語(yǔ)言當(dāng)中卻有著相同的基本顏色詞，諸如 red/紅，yellow/黃， white/白， green/綠， blue/藍(lán)， black/黑， purple/紫， grey/灰，這些基本顏色詞經(jīng)常與各個(gè)民族的文化緊密相關(guān)，也是各民族文化的反映。 從古至今，英漢顏色詞在不斷的豐富和發(fā)展，中華民族五千年?duì)N爛的文明賦予了漢語(yǔ)顏色詞豐富的文化內(nèi)涵，當(dāng)代日益頻繁的跨文化交流又為英漢顏色詞增添了新的含義，但是，由于英漢間的顏色詞存在諸多不同的文化內(nèi)涵，在跨文化交際中常常會(huì)引起誤讀，故本論文以研究中英基本顏色詞文化內(nèi)涵為內(nèi)容具有非常大的意義與作用。 本文對(duì)基本顏色詞文化內(nèi)涵的研究分四個(gè)部分進(jìn)行討論。第一章首先是文獻(xiàn)回顧，在這一章當(dāng)中， 我將回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)顏色詞所做出的研究及其研究成果。第二章闡述中英基本顏色詞文化內(nèi)涵對(duì)比分析所采用的功能。第三章中我將對(duì)英漢基本顏色詞文化內(nèi)涵差異所形成的原因進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。第四章進(jìn)一步闡述了不同顏色詞文化內(nèi)涵對(duì)比分析的重要意義，以及顏色詞文化內(nèi)涵對(duì)比出的結(jié)果對(duì)跨文化交際、第二語(yǔ)言的學(xué)習(xí)所帶來(lái)的啟示，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)了語(yǔ)言和文化之間的密不可分的關(guān)系。 關(guān)鍵詞：基本顏色詞；文化內(nèi)涵；對(duì)比研究 8 貴 貴州大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 第 1 頁(yè) Chapter 1 Introduction The origin and significance of the topic All of us live in a colorful world ,There are a great number of color expressions and a great deal of color words used to describe the different colorful things in the world .Our world has a necessarily close connection with color ,so colors are indispensable to our daily life and social munication .Following sentences will be taken as an appreciation :“ is a very white was looking rather green the other was in a brown mood,when I saw hope he?ll soon be in a pink mood again.” When you read this sentence,you may feel that the the structure is so simple and we the vocabulary is very easy for us,however it is difficult for us to understand or translate this reason lies on that we don?t know what these words would imply in this are different cultural backgrounds respectively in English and Chinese,this phenomenon can bring about different cultural connotation of the same basic color both languages have something in mon in color words,the same words also can express different the reason that language is result from life and influenced by as French linguist Sapir Wolf said:“ There is something behind language and language cannot exist without culture.” (Linguitism:89)Hence we can say that language is the reflection of culture,our recognition and social anization will be directly influenced by culture at the same time The variety of colors The world is full of colors,we can see :blue shy,white clouds,red sun,green trees,yellow soil and so to inplete statistics,there are more than 3,000 color words in English and 2,300 in the same time,some scientific researchers pointed out:we are able to distinguish at least 7,000,000 different colors from human?s ,colors play a crucial role in our daily life. of the contrastive analysis Chinese and English color words are the best material for the study of cultural connotation .Through many years ago,many scientific researchers make the study and e to a conclusion that colors can be divided into two categories:basic color and object to both countries have so many kinds of colors,it is necessary for us to find out the mon basic color words to contrast. of the research at home and abroad Domestic and foreign scholars have done some researches on the application of color words,but the study is relatively seldom seen for the difference of color words in English and Chinese culture connotation and the formation cause of studies are only limited to the colors of the culture surface and they often stay in the phenomenon of list and description , analyses and interpretative level is relatively paper mainly pares and analyzes the basic color words cultural connotation through a lot of examples to explore the root of the differences of color 9 word?s cultural connotation in English and Chinese,so that we can understand and use these basic color words better to convey the cultural information of the crossing cultural munication.
