This may occur during employee appraisals or any other time. However, Cross Department Training must be aimed at satisfying a recognizable need. It is not designed to be a reward or used for similar purposes. Request for Training – All requests for Cross Department Training should be made by pleting the Training Request Form which must include a clear objective. Training Request Form must be signed by the relevant Division and Department Heads. 培訓(xùn)申請-所有部門交叉培訓(xùn)申請均須填寫培訓(xùn)申請表,必須寫明培訓(xùn)目的。培訓(xùn)申請表上須有該部門總監(jiān)或記錄的簽字。2. Finalizing Requests After receipt of the Training Request Form, the Training Manager will suggest any amendments and contact the proposed Receiving Department, agree on a time and designate a trainer. When all arrangements have been made, the Releasing Department will be notified.申請的最終處理-培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理接到申請表之后,須對該申請?zhí)岢鼋ㄗh然后與接收部門聯(lián)系,確定時間和培訓(xùn)員,最后通知派出部門。3. Receiving Department The Department who hosts the Trainee has the responsibility to select a Trainer and create a prehensive Cross Training program. They also have the responsibility of monitoring the progress of the Trainee and reporting this progress.接收部門 - 接收部門有責任為學(xué)員設(shè)計一整套交叉培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容,并監(jiān)控該學(xué)員在培訓(xùn)過程中的進展情況。 4. Evaluation A number of methods will be employed to assess the effectiveness of this kind of training and to indicate areas for improvement. They are:評估 - 為了有效評估此類培訓(xùn)的效果,使之得到進一步提高,可以通過下列方法:a. Assessment Report – For Receiving Department to assess Trainee Performance during the training period. One copy should be sent to the Trainee’s Department Head and one copy to the Training Department to be included in the employees personnel file (report attached).評估報告 -接收部門在評估學(xué)員的培訓(xùn)情況時,將評估復(fù)印件分別交給該員工的部門經(jīng)理和培訓(xùn)部存檔。b. Trainee Report the Trainee is also required to submit a report evaluating what he/she has learned and his/her own performance. Post Training Meeting Immediately following the Training, the Department Head, the Training Manager and the Trainee should meet to discuss the Cross Training Assignment. The employee must be one who is expected to continue to grow either in their current position or preferably in higher positions in the future. It should not be used as a reward without objective.
