系統(tǒng)基于單片機實現(xiàn)對電池組電壓、電流和溫度的精確采集,采用串口和控制器局域網(wǎng)絡接口完成管理系統(tǒng)與其它系統(tǒng)之間的通信連接。結果表明:本文所設計并實現(xiàn)的電池管理系統(tǒng)硬件電路可靠、經(jīng)濟、抗干擾能力強,可以實現(xiàn):電池組的電壓、電流、溫度的模擬量采集;均衡充放電;剩余電量的計算和電池狀態(tài)的判斷;實時顯示電池組相關信息,故障時報警等功能。 Monitoring the battery current and temperature signals, to prevent battery over current, over temperature, short circuit to reduce the battery life phenomenon.
