For projects having been approved, relevant procedures shall be established for controlling the potential hazards. While selecting suppliers and materials, the possible EHS impacts shall be considered and relevant EHS requirements shall be noted in purchase orders, contracts or similar documents and be approved by the EHS Dept. EHSMS Legal and Other Requirements In pliance with the statement “observe all applicable laws and IR requirements” in the pany EHS policy, the pany establishes the 【 EHS regulation Management procedure】(). By acquiring applicable laws, regulations, standards and EHS requirements from IR corporate, it can provide a basis for assessing significant aspects/hazards and setting up EHS objectives and targets. These requirements are mainly acquired from national or local government, inter (. government websites), newspaper and magazines. EHS department is responsible for collecting and evaluating applicability of EHS legal and other requirements, and establishing applicable laws list, and distributing relevant requirements to departments concerned (through internal intra or website). EHS Dept. should conduct the review of the application laws and other requirements list quarterly, and update it when necessary. If certain procedure of EHSMS needs to be revised per the new regulation, it shall be done by the person who worked out the procedure and be approved per the document control procedure. The revised procedure shall be distributed and municated to relevant employees in time. EHS Dept., related department manager and dept.
