Water drilling method shall be adopted only when it is hard to drill. ②、鉆孔工藝② Drilling Process 錨桿鉆孔施工要加強(qiáng)鉆機(jī)的導(dǎo)向作用，及時(shí)檢測(cè)孔斜誤差，合理采用糾偏措施，確保錨桿鉆孔滿足設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求。如遇地質(zhì)情況與地勘報(bào)告不符出現(xiàn)不良鉆孔現(xiàn)象時(shí)，須立即停鉆，及時(shí)進(jìn)行孔道固壁灌漿處理(～)，待水泥砂漿初凝后，重新掃孔鉆孔。當(dāng)錨孔深度已滿足要求，則以高壓風(fēng)吹凈，直至吹出清水。出現(xiàn)此類現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行固壁注漿，漿液為水泥砂漿,24h后重新鉆孔。When drilled weathered rock and fracture rock zone, hole collapsing frequently為確保錨孔直徑，要求實(shí)際使用鉆頭直徑不得小于設(shè)計(jì)孔徑。Drilling diameter and depth shall not less than designed value(design hole diameter is 150mm,hole depth is 15～20m). However, in case of special geological condition, drilling depth may be increased appropriately but shall not more than 500mm. ④、錨孔清理④ Clean Anchor Hole鉆孔達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)深度后，不能立即停鉆，要求穩(wěn)鉆1～2分鐘，防止孔底緊縮、達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)孔徑。除相對(duì)堅(jiān)硬完整的巖體錨固外，余均不得采用高壓水沖洗錨孔。如果要求處理錨孔內(nèi)部積聚水體，一般采用灌漿封堵二次鉆孔等方法處理?？讖健⒖咨顧z測(cè)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鉆桿在CMEC工程師旁站下進(jìn)行，要求驗(yàn)孔過程中鉆頭平順推進(jìn)，不產(chǎn)生沖擊或抖動(dòng)，鉆具驗(yàn)送長(zhǎng)度滿足設(shè)計(jì)錨孔深度，退鉆要求順暢，用高壓風(fēng)吹驗(yàn)不存明顯飛濺塵碴及水體現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)要求復(fù)查錨孔孔位、傾角和方位，全部錨孔施工分項(xiàng)工作合格后，即可認(rèn)為錨孔鉆造檢驗(yàn)合格。After pletion of drilling work, the next procedure could be continued only after inspected and qualified accepted by CMEC engineer. Inspection for hole diameter and depth shall be carried out with standard drill rods with the witness of CMEC engineer. Drill shall be propelled smoothly without any impact and vibration during inspection process。Strictly control the position of hole, adjust drill pole to meet the designed horizontal angle and guarantee that horizontal projection of drill pole is perpendicular to pit wall. After get qualified inspection can continue to drill.鉆孔時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)工程地質(zhì)情況，控制鉆孔速度。鉆孔深度大于錨桿設(shè)計(jì)長(zhǎng)度200mm。采用壓力分散型錨桿，鋼絞線采用162。錨桿體采用人工安裝，安裝前，認(rèn)真核對(duì)錨孔編號(hào)，確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后再用高壓風(fēng)吹孔，緩緩將錨桿體放入孔內(nèi)，用鋼尺量出孔外露出的鋼絞線長(zhǎng)度，計(jì)算孔內(nèi)錨桿長(zhǎng)度(誤差控制在50mm范圍內(nèi))，確保錨固長(zhǎng)度。 high strength low relaxation prestressed steel strand shall be used.
