Based on changwu county in recent years, the present situation and development of rural surplus labor force characteristics, the use of the latest statistical data from 2020 to 2020, analysis of county rural surplus labor transfer effect on economic growth in our province, and using the method of principal ponent analysis and factor analysis, bined with the actual situation, in order to speed up the urbanization construction.
