【正文】 RMT.當(dāng)物料來(lái)到德高倉(cāng)庫(kù)後，確認(rèn)物料，檢查數(shù)量等。 ST (IQC, SP, if necessary) check the Model, P/N, description/ specification, box number, check the contents, vendor and banner and so on. Make sure the material match the Receipt number. And take the material to the area for inspection.ST(必要時(shí)由IQC、船務(wù)部協(xié)同) 驗(yàn)証物料所屬機(jī)種、物料編號(hào) (P/N)、物料名稱(chēng)/規(guī)格、箱號(hào)、數(shù)量、供方和標(biāo)簽等，確保物料與上料單有關(guān)資料一致,并將點(diǎn)收合格的物料放置待檢區(qū). ST need to dispart RoHS and noRoHS material specially, management the chemical by marking.尤其要區(qū)分開(kāi)RoHS, noRoHS物料，對(duì)化學(xué)品物料要進(jìn)行化學(xué)品標(biāo)示管理 ST take the《material discrepancy report》to PMC/SA /PUR/SQE,PMC/SA/PUR contact the customer or vendor to deal with the material when the material not match the Receipt number.當(dāng)物料與上料單有關(guān)資料不相符時(shí)，貨倉(cāng)作成《 顧客提供物料差異報(bào)告 》報(bào)PMC/SA/PUR，PMC/SA與顧客聯(lián)絡(luò)作出處理；當(dāng)采購(gòu)物料與送貨單不相符時(shí)，由PUR與供方聯(lián)絡(luò)處理。這些物料暫放于貨倉(cāng)有鉛/無(wú)鉛待檢區(qū),由貨倉(cāng)貼上相應(yīng)有鉛/ 抽取樣品到相關(guān)區(qū)檢驗(yàn)。 對(duì)RoHS,noRoHS物料分開(kāi)檢查, 分別標(biāo)示。 Samples should be randomly selected from the lot, and should be inspected according to SER and/or IQC Inspection Instruction. 樣品應(yīng)該是隨機(jī)抽取，並且根據(jù)SER和IQC檢查指導(dǎo)書(shū)檢查。 The inspection result should be recorded in the “IQC Inspection Report”, and register it in “Ining Material Inspection Summary”. 檢查結(jié)果應(yīng)該記錄在“IQC檢驗(yàn)報(bào)表”，並記錄到“來(lái)料檢查總表”中。 If the lot is rejected, “NG” flag/ banner should be affixed on each box / package of the material. 如果拒收，每個(gè)箱子或是包裝上都應(yīng)該貼上“不良”標(biāo)簽 If the lot is disposed through MRB, relative MRB label should be used. 如果通過(guò)MRB討論可有條件接受，相關(guān)的MRB標(biāo)簽應(yīng)該貼上。然後PMC評(píng)估計(jì)劃後，再通知到SQE/ST/IQC/PUR/SA。 Feedback the ining material NG information來(lái)料不合格的信息反饋 Customer consign material, SQE inform SA, SA contact with customer and get the customer approve to return the material or rework/sorting/UAI (If no function defect and urgent input,defect will be full eliminated by easy sort/rework).
