The project will be performed following a mon Focus and Invent phase for all business processes and Oracle modules within the scope of the project. The approach has been designed to allow for separate Launch phases for each Oracle module. This design will allow: An integrated approach to the design of process improvements and Oracle system configuration options so that all critical problems are prehensively and consistently addressed for the whole business. Operations Planning (Samp。 Restructuring and/or resequencing the activities performed. Designing / changing roles and responsibilities of individuals who are involved in the processes.At the end of the Invent phase, the entire set of proposed solutions will be presented along with a detailed plan for implementation during the Launch phase.LaunchThis phase will ensure that: That the systems supporting the process are appropriately configured / developed, tested and rolled out . Huawei Skills: Knowledge of current systems being used in Huawei(as described in Scope and Objectives section above). Knowledge of multiorganisation system setup. Order Entry / Shipping BOM WIP System capacity planning and definition of infrastructure requirements. Consultancy Skills: MRPII subject matter expertise: Production planning (sales and operations planning). Inventory management. Packaged based business transformation including process assessment, system assessment, organisation assessment, process improvement design, solution design, implementation strategy and planning. Huawei Project Core TeamProject Steering Committee This mittee will prise the Huawei Executive Sponsors of each Huawei functional area within the scope of the project. These areas are expected to include: Manufacturing。 Sales。 IT. The role of this mittee is to review and approve remendations made by the project team.Project Manager Full time responsibility (in conjunction with the Consulting Project Manager) for overall delivery of the project. Specifically the Project Manager will be responsible for liaison with other Project Managers to ensure consistency across the overall Program。 and consultation with the Huawei Executive Sponsors and Huawei Management to ensure understanding and acceptability of designs and solutions.Project Core Team Members Full time role to assist consulting team with coordination of Business Department Staff, administrative arrangements for the project, word processing and preparation presentations. ConsultantsProject Executive This is a part time role which includes quality review of subject matter rigour, consistency and alignment of the Project within the overall Program initiative. Project Manager This is a full time role responsible for overall project delivery (in conjunction with the Huawei Project Manager). Specifically the Project Manager will be responsible for: liaison with other Project Managers to ensure consistency across the overall Program。 management of consulting Teams A, B, C, D and E。 provision of subject matter expertise, leadership and issue resolution in the specific area of responsibility for their team (refer below)。 coordinating the reengineering and application specialist consultants to ensure cohesion between the process and systems.Reengineering Consultants Full time role undertaking reengineering activities at the direction of the Lead Consultant. Each consultant will be assigned to a Team (ie. one of either Team A, B, C, D or E) and have responsibility for the production of specific reengineering deliverables of the Team.Oracle Module Specialist Commencing at the Invent phase this will be a full time role. An Oracle Module Specialist will be assigned to a Team (ie. one of either TeamA, B, C, D or E) and have responsibility for: assisting the Reengineering Consultants to develop new process designs around the capabilities of the specific Oracle module being used for the process in question (refer “Number of Consulting Resources by Role”) 。 develop the Oracle deployment strategy for Huawei (in conjunction with the Consulting Project Executive and Consulting Project Manager)。 coordinate the efforts of individual Oracle Module Specialists on the Teams。 load relevant software。 and define the future IT infrastructure. Costing The MRPII Enhancement project is dependent on the Costing initiative for key financial information to be included in the process designs and the system configuration. This information will include decisions on the costing approaches, points throughout the MRPII process where costs must be collected, the methods of overhead allocation, standard costs to be aligned with operational standards and cost performance reporting. This will require strong coordination and regular and formal munications between both projects. This will also require integration of activities between both projects.
