在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的國(guó)民生產(chǎn)中,棒材作為鋼鐵產(chǎn)品的組成部分,即便是在當(dāng)前國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的大環(huán)境下,由于我國(guó)采取擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策,棒材的生產(chǎn)仍然十分重要。 工業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史表明,鋼鐵工業(yè)是整個(gè)工業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),鋼鐵生產(chǎn)狀況是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志。另外隨著人民生活水平的提高,相應(yīng)汽車用鋼的需求也會(huì)越來(lái)越多。 鋼鐵材料以其所具有的特性 ——— 較高的強(qiáng)度和韌性、易加工成型性、綠色可循環(huán)性在未來(lái)時(shí)期內(nèi)仍將是重要的結(jié)構(gòu)材料。而且線棒材生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)將發(fā)生很大的變化。 我國(guó)目前線棒材生產(chǎn)有如下特點(diǎn) [1]。與此同時(shí) , 美國(guó)同期線棒材產(chǎn)量占鋼材總產(chǎn)量的 22%左右 , 日本同期線棒材產(chǎn)量占鋼材總產(chǎn)量的 27%左右 , 而且?guī)啄陙?lái)產(chǎn)量相對(duì)平穩(wěn)。 設(shè)備 參差不齊 有關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明,棒材產(chǎn)量在國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵生產(chǎn)總量中約占 25%以上,且
