Basic species in a knowledge ecology is different types of knowledge that belong to the anization. ? The goal of KM is to build a mechanism by which a healthy balance of knowledge can be maintained for achieving superior performance. Diversity vs. Stability ? In ecological rules, the diversitystability relationship is a major principal, which says an ecology is more stable if it maintains a certain level of diversity. ?
