【正文】 .................................... 錯誤 !未定義書簽。 Acknowledgments.................................................................................................... 72 山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 I 摘 要 固定資產(chǎn)是企業(yè)運營過程中不可或缺的部分，它在企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營管理中扮演著重要的角色。通過加強(qiáng)對企業(yè)資產(chǎn)的管理，可以有效地將企業(yè)內(nèi)部擁有的資產(chǎn)合理化 的分流，合理的管理使用資產(chǎn)，使其在企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營中最大化的發(fā)揮其作用，降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營的成本并且提高工作效率，從而提高企業(yè)獲得收益。為了解決這些問題，我們需要采用電子化的系統(tǒng)替代紙質(zhì)單據(jù)的方式進(jìn)行企業(yè)資產(chǎn)的管理。 本文首先 分析了資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景，結(jié)合管理信息系統(tǒng)的特點與發(fā)展要求 ，并參考 國內(nèi)外資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng) 研究的情況 ，提出開發(fā)有特色的資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng) 的具體目標(biāo)和 本 系統(tǒng)要達(dá)到的目標(biāo)。在需 求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行 了 系統(tǒng) 物理 架構(gòu) 、軟件架構(gòu)以及應(yīng)用模式 的設(shè)計， 并具體的劃分了系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu) 。隨后， 在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn) 中，采用基于 J2EE 的 Struts 作為開發(fā)框架，采用 MVC 的模式，將前臺的顯示層與后臺的處理層分開，通過配置映射文件和 JAVABEANS 建立二者前臺 JSP 文件與后臺 JAVA 文件之間的跳轉(zhuǎn)與數(shù)據(jù)傳遞。 在系統(tǒng)測試中 ，通過不同的方法對系統(tǒng)的各項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測試，并且 對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析 。 關(guān)鍵詞： 資產(chǎn)管理 ； J2EE； Struts； 數(shù)據(jù)追蹤 山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 III ABSTRACT Capital assets are the absolutely necessary parts of enterprises’ operating processes. They take the important roles in the enterprises’ daily management. As for an enterprise, capital assets management is very important. By the way of enhancing the management of enterprise’s capital assets, we can efficiently distribute the assets which belong to the enterprise interior, and we also can logically manage and use the assets. Therefore, the maximal function will be brought in to play during the enterprise’s daily operation, the working cost of it will be reduced, and people’s work efficiency will improve, thus the enterprise’s ine can be acquired. Although many enterprises are on to the importance of capital assets management, they still manage their assets by manual work to record the bill of documents. This can cause a series of problems, such as separated assets, unreasonable use, too many wastes, lacking follows and distorted data, etc. To solve these problems, it is necessary for us to introduce an electronic system instead of paperbased document to carry the enterprise’s capital assets management. Assets management system provides all the management methods which are related to capital asserts of the enterprise interior, including stock, distribute, maintain, dispose, check and so on. Therefore, the whole lifecycle management of enterprise assets is made and more consummate help is carried. Moreover, the system utilizes workflow technology to reduce the rigidity among unit assets management operation, by which the enterprise can anize operation modes neatly when it is in the assets management process. In this paper, we firstly analyze the development background of assets management system, bining with characters and requirements of management information system, and referring the research status of assets management system in our country and aboard, so that we propose detailed goals for developing distinctive assets management system and goals which this system will achieve. In the requirements analysis phase, we analyze and conclude the system’ s operation flow, clarify development goals of this system and problems to be solved. Then, we 山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 IV explain functional requirements of the system by the way of flow paragraph and use case paragraph, and get design guidance for the assets management system. Based on requirement analysis, we design physical framework, software framework and application mode for this system, and partition the system’ s function structure. In details design, firstly we make design main functions on three aspects: initialization, stock management and assets management, using flow paragraph and diagrams. And then, we explain it by tables to show the system database framework. After that, the system implementation phase describes some main functional modules of this system. We establish mapping files to build connections and data transportation channels between foreground and background of this system. We also design a database link filter to realize supports for variety database management system. In addition, we make use of data layer tracing to protect operation documents so that no invalid assets can occur. And we utilize XML files to store system configuration information, so changing system information is easy. In system testing, different methods are carried out to test each target of this system, and testing results are analyzed. Finally, we brief introduce current application instances of the assets management system, and sum up system’ s design and implementation, with prospects and suggestions proposed.
