【正文】 聽就能帶動說，讀就能帶動寫，那也是片面的。在初中階段尤為重要。聽說屬于口語，讀寫屬于書面語。寫又能促進學(xué)生對詞形的辨認(rèn)和運用，從而有利于提高閱讀速度，豐富寫作經(jīng)驗，也有助于閱讀中的理解、欣賞和吸收，理會有助提高閱讀能力。讀和寫也是緊密相連的。在聽說方面質(zhì)量不同，效果也不同，聽的質(zhì)量影響說，說的質(zhì)量也影響別人的聽。對于初一的學(xué)生來說，他們的年齡特征是好模仿，好崇拜偶像，對新事物充滿了好奇。沒有領(lǐng)會和吸收，語言實踐能力的培養(yǎng)就成了無源之水，無本之木，同樣，沒有表達和復(fù)習(xí)，語言實踐能力就得不到鞏固和發(fā)展。一般情況下每個模塊的第一單元為聽說課，應(yīng)當(dāng)著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽說能力，但我認(rèn)為聽、說、讀、寫是統(tǒng)一的整體，它們是相輔相成，互相促進的。教師在培養(yǎng)聽、說、讀、寫的能力上要注意階段性，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生眼看實物，動作圖片或投影片，耳聽錄音或教師說話，講解課文含義，然后嘴模仿說話，問，答以及背誦課文等各種手段，再在聽說的同時進行讀寫訓(xùn)練，逐步提高語音、詞匯和語法知識的增長，熟練掌握，以達到正確使用。中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合語言運用(聽、說、讀、寫)能力。還要特別感謝三位對教材已經(jīng)英語課堂中出現(xiàn)的問題進行知道的三位老師，他們廣博而不失幽默的教學(xué)風(fēng)格,給我留下了非常深刻的印象,也讓我從中受益匪淺。第一篇：2012暑期英語培訓(xùn)心得體會2012暑期英語培訓(xùn)心得體會——如何在課程設(shè)計上處理好聽說讀寫的關(guān)系沿莊鎮(zhèn)東灘頭中學(xué)王旭冉為期三個周的暑期英語教師培訓(xùn)快結(jié)束了。感謝教育局領(lǐng)導(dǎo),組織了這次培訓(xùn),給了我這個難得的與我縣英語教師共同交流,共同學(xué)習(xí),共同進步的機會。新教材的編排在很多方面也做了調(diào)整，它注重素質(zhì)教育，體現(xiàn)了英語學(xué)習(xí)對學(xué)生發(fā)展的價值并且面向全體學(xué)生，關(guān)注語言學(xué)習(xí)者的不同特點和個體差異，在整體設(shè)計目標(biāo)上考慮到語言學(xué)習(xí)者的漸進性和持續(xù)性，強調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)過程的實踐性和應(yīng)用性，在評價方式上優(yōu)化了評價方式，著重評價學(xué)生的綜合語言應(yīng)用能力，豐富課程資源，拓展了英語學(xué)習(xí)渠道。課標(biāo)明確規(guī)定，中學(xué)英語教學(xué)目的是要對學(xué)生進行視、聽、說、讀、寫的能力訓(xùn)練。各單元的設(shè)置上也體現(xiàn)了這一特點，中學(xué)的英語教學(xué)目的也實現(xiàn)了。聽和讀是領(lǐng)會、吸收的過程，說和寫是表達和復(fù)習(xí)的過程，領(lǐng)會和吸收是基礎(chǔ)，表達和運用是提高。學(xué)生學(xué)英語首先是聽，聽清了，聽懂了才能說清楚。在課堂上人人都有“表現(xiàn)”、“顯示自我”的心理，聽說很好開展，相反讀寫不足，這時候老師應(yīng)當(dāng)在講授第一單元時主動滲入讀寫內(nèi)容，有的時候會背不一定會寫，有的時候會寫不一定成正確的句子其實這種心理表現(xiàn)才是他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(尤其是口語練習(xí)方面)的原動力。這也就體現(xiàn)了發(fā)音的重要性。讀是寫的基礎(chǔ)，寫是讀的提高；讀為寫提供語言內(nèi)容和典范，真是“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神”。所以，讀和寫也要一起抓，既加強讀，又不能忽視寫。書面語是在口語的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的，學(xué)習(xí)口語有利于學(xué)習(xí)書面語，學(xué)習(xí)書面語也有助于提高口語。因此，我們應(yīng)正確處理好聽、說、讀、寫的關(guān)系，既看到它們的聯(lián)系，又各自獨立，各種能力的形成都有自己的特殊過程，聽是說的前提，但會聽不等于會說；讀是寫的基礎(chǔ)，但會讀不等于會寫?？傊?，提高學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫的能力并非一朝一夕，一蹴而就的事。第二篇：暑期英語培訓(xùn)心得體會Feeling and Experience of English Training I am an English teacher in primary I graduated from Bao Ding is no more chance to speak English with some foreign I’m very happy that I can study with Sara and thirty excellent English ,It will be the end of the enjoy the time from nervous to here,I have known a lot of things that I did’t know before,such as collaboration and cooperation,American culture, American holidays and so I will share you some feelings about this training from three ,Let me introduce my teacher ,Sara,she es from she has a works for special is a surprise that she does this training on free she is only twentyfour years ,during the training,the key word is “team”.To practice oral English, taking into account the daily life, cultural background and English teaching method introduction and guidance, let English teachers in foreign history feel the natural language, culture atmosphere under the theory of language, master the practical am young English teacher and I cherish the opportunity to study hard and take the initiative to get more opportunities to speak is a great honor for me to have this opportunity to share and share with you the experience of attending the English training program to practice oral English, taking into account the daily life, cultural background and English teaching method introduction and guidance, and teacher face to face, authentic reproduction of the scene, Sarahelps us to create a pure English learning environment, training English thinking skills, I only speak English in class, practice every day with the increase in an English environment, so the brain constantly in accept the pure English impact, coupled with the teacher39。s body language and facial expression is worth learning, after lesson, and the teacher will feel closer, Sara give us a topic every day is fresh, let us have something to look forward to every allows us to learn more than the spoken English, but also learned a lot of practical teaching the training class is not a Chinese, all students in order to understand the teache
