制機內(nèi)外控制部分 的集成監(jiān)控系統(tǒng) ?;?PLC 的 車道 控制 機 組態(tài)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 本文在全面討論 車道控制機技術(shù) 的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究了其中的 控制 系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu) 。從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的角度出發(fā),提出了基于 plc 的控制 系統(tǒng) 解決 方案 。 在分析 車道控制 系統(tǒng)功能的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)。 通過組態(tài)軟件與 PLC 的實時通信,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的 實時監(jiān)測、自動控制和運行診斷 。 關(guān)鍵詞 車道控制 , WinCC, PLC Abstract On the basis of the prehensive discussion of roadway controller technology,this paper presents a thorough study of the control system the Angle of system design,one scheme is proposed based on discussed the design of the roadway controller system and its software and hardware configuration through the configuration software “WinCC”.And an integrated monitoring system to monitor the system39。s function. To PLC as a tool,indepth discussion of the driveway charging process plan has been on the configuration of the system,a PLCbased configuration design is system could achieve its realtime monitoring, controlling and operation diagnosis by means of the realtime munication between the configuration software and the scheme could meet the system reliability and stability and timeeffectiveness demand function, embodies the unity of advancement and practicability.
