【正文】 About current surge when start in wide voltage, corresponding control circuit of startup is designed in this paper. Finally, to depress Electromagic Interference (EMI), EMI filter is designed at input of switching power supply specially. Simulates parts of circuit using simulation software of OrCAD Pspice A/D, selects circuit ponents, designs and debuggs sample. And then the data from experiment is analyzed and pared with simulating waveforms, experimental result is satisfying, high power factor is realized and technology of output voltage following along with changing of input is came true successfully,conversion efficiency is improved obviously. The aim and direction of next task has been put forward at the end of this paper.
