【正文】 熱水器監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的性能不穩(wěn)定:比如檢測誤差大、顯示器亂碼,還有的與電輔助加熱裝置不能很好配合和太陽能利用率較低等問題,嚴重影響了用戶的日常使用也從而影響到太陽熱水器的銷售業(yè)績慘淡。 本設(shè)計是針對上述問題設(shè)計的溫度控制系統(tǒng),由 AT89S52 單片機和一些外圍設(shè)備,充分運用軟件和硬件結(jié)合的方法實現(xiàn)了當前水位高度顯示、水箱溫度顯示,以及當水位下降到最低刻度線時自 動上水三種主要功能,很好的解決了一些太陽能熱水器的通病。很多國內(nèi)外太陽能熱水器商家為了使自己的產(chǎn)品能在市場上有一席之地,在不斷提高太陽能熱水器性能的同時,也不斷加大力度滿足消費者對于太陽能使用方便的要求,于是太陽能熱水器的智能化程度也一年比一年高。目前太陽能熱水器效率和功能上還存在著比較多的問題:例如不可缺水,空曬情況下上水會爆炸;春、秋天,水溫升高造成水變成水蒸氣蒸發(fā),造成熱能損失;冬天水溫 不夠,導致熱水器成為了擺設(shè)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : AT89S52; RC 充放電;水位檢測;溫度檢測 VII Abstract My design regards the AT89S52 SCM as the core, bining the RC chargedischarge type waterlevel sensor. I design one kind of digital and intelligent control system of solar energy water heater. Although my issue is about water monitoring system, I still mentioned something about temperature monitoring content. My subject is still mainly in water monitoring. This system consists of main chip modules, LCD display module, the water level detection module. the temperature level detection module, keyboard control module, alarm module and solenoid valve control module. At the beginning of the study describes the need for the solar water heaters , domestic and international research developments, the final part of this article also brings us the design of requirements. Then article brings us the main demonstration and determination of the program, and the choice of MCU and the working principle of the introduction. Next is the core of this design, bining theory focuses on the solar water heater control circuit of the various ponents. Behind the software design is also essential , finally, the lack of design experience and the improvement is present on our eyes This design has relatively solved the water heater in the water waiting to be artificial and excessive overflow problem, to the province, the provincial water purposes. The solar water heater system pared with traditional ones has many advantages, with a simple structure, easy to use, low cost, better stability and so on.
