蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 1 第一章 工程概況 第一節(jié) 綜合說明 工程名稱： XX 酒店綜合樓給水排水及消防建設(shè)工程 工程地點：四川省德陽市 施工單位： XX 建筑工程公司 設(shè)計單位； XX 設(shè)計研究院 計劃工期： 235 天 本工程位于 四川省 德陽市， 賓館綜合樓建筑地上十一層， 地下一層，建筑面積約1552 ㎡，地下一層有儲藏室、發(fā)電機(jī)房、配電房、弱電房、消防水池、控制室、值班室等，一至十一層為綜合辦公 住宅 ，本工程包括生活給水系統(tǒng)、生活熱水系統(tǒng)、生活污水系統(tǒng)、雨水系統(tǒng)、消火栓給水系統(tǒng)、自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。 本施工組織設(shè)計闡述了施工過程中常見問題及解決辦法，文中所述的施工工藝及技術(shù)措施能較好的指導(dǎo)施工，使各分部分項工程質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度及成本得到有效控制，能保證 各階段施工有序進(jìn)行。 The works include the domestic water supply systems, domestic hot water systems, sewage systems, drainage systems, fire hydrant water supply system, automatic sprinkler system. The project water supply and drainage and fire installation according to the construction preparation stage, the cooperation with the construction phase, installation phase, missioning and maintenance of the warranty phase five aspects to be deployed. Construction on November 3, 20xx start, June 24, 20xx pleted, planned duration of 235 days.
