【正文】 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 摘要 本設(shè)計為 XX 酒店綜合樓給水排水及消防建設(shè)工程 施工組織設(shè)計，位于四川省德陽市。 本工程包括生活給水系統(tǒng)、生活熱水系統(tǒng)、生活污水系統(tǒng)、雨水系統(tǒng)、消火栓給水系統(tǒng)、自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。 該工程給水排水及消防安裝按施工準(zhǔn)備階段、與土建的配合階段、安裝階段、調(diào)試階段和維護保修階段五個方面來進行部署。施工于 20xx年 11 月 3 日開工， 20xx 年 6 月 24 日完工， 計劃工期 235 天。 本施工組織設(shè)計闡述了施工過程中常見問題及解決辦法，文中所述的施工工藝及技術(shù)措施能較好的指導(dǎo)施工，使各分部分項工程質(zhì)量、進度及成本得到有效控制，能保證 各階段施工有序進行。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：給水排水工程 施工組織 進度控制 質(zhì)量控制 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） Abstract The design for the XX hotel plex construction of water supply and drainage and fire engineering construction design, located in Deyang, Sichuan. The works include the domestic water supply systems, domestic hot water systems, sewage systems, drainage systems, fire hydrant water supply system, automatic sprinkler system. The project water supply and drainage and fire installation according to the construction preparation stage, the cooperation with the construction phase, installation phase, missioning and maintenance of the warranty phase five aspects to be deployed. Construction on November 3, 20xx start, June 24, 20xx pleted, planned duration of 235 days. This construction anization design expatiated the mon problems and the solving methods in construction process, the construction technology and technical measures in this paper will better to guide construction,and made each division ponent project’s quality, schedule and cost to be controled effectively, also can guarantee the stage construction in an orderly way.
