(OA)是企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的重要組成部分 ,辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展恰好與數(shù)據(jù)、信息和知識的演變同步 ,即以數(shù)據(jù)為主要處理內(nèi)容的第一代辦公自動化發(fā)展到以信息為主要處理內(nèi)容的第二代辦公自動化 ,現(xiàn)在發(fā)展到以知識為主要處理內(nèi)容的第三代辦公自動化。 辦公自動化是以應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、行為科學(xué)等先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ) ,不斷使人們的部分辦公業(yè)務(wù)活動借助于各種辦公設(shè)備 ,并由這些設(shè)備與辦公人員構(gòu)成服務(wù)于某種目標(biāo)的人機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)。本論文從管理角度入手 ,從建立企業(yè)辦公自動化管理信息系統(tǒng)的必要性及可行性分析到建立企業(yè)辦公自動化信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析、流程及具體功能模塊定位、系統(tǒng)實(shí)施規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)解決方案及實(shí)施以后的評價(jià)
