This design is about 35/6kV stepdown highvoltage substation and distribution system. First, it calculates the workshop load statistics and the reactive power pensation, definites main transformer and various workshops transformer。 設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果可以滿足冶金企業(yè)供電的可靠性,并保證各車間電氣設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。其次,進(jìn)行短路計(jì)算和設(shè)備的選擇、校驗(yàn);然后,確定工廠電源進(jìn)線、母線和高壓配電線路。 本設(shè)計(jì)是 35/6kV 降壓變電所及高壓配電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。摘要 I 摘要 工廠總降壓變電所是工廠供配電的重要組成部分,它直接影響整個(gè)工廠供電的可靠運(yùn)行,同時(shí)它又是聯(lián)系發(fā)電廠和用戶的中間環(huán)節(jié),起著變換、接受和分配電能的作用。電氣主結(jié)線是總降壓變電所的主要環(huán)節(jié),電氣主結(jié)線的擬定直接關(guān)系著全廠電氣設(shè)備的選擇、配電裝置的布置、繼電保護(hù)和自動(dòng)裝置的確定,是決定變電所電氣部分技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性能的關(guān)鍵因素。首先,進(jìn)行車間負(fù)荷統(tǒng)計(jì)和無功功率補(bǔ)償,確定主變壓器及各車間變壓器;從技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面,通過了兩種方案的比較,選擇經(jīng)濟(jì)、可靠、運(yùn)行靈活的主 結(jié)線一次方案。最后,進(jìn)行二次回路方案、整定繼電保護(hù)、防雷保護(hù)和接地裝置的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 負(fù)荷計(jì)算;變電所主結(jié)線;繼電保護(hù)Abstract II Abstract The total stepdown substation plant is an important part of power system. It has a direct impact to reliable operation of the entire power system of factory, and it is also a middle link which relates the power plant and users, plays the role of shifting and assigning electric energy. The host connection directly related to the choice of electrical equipment, the layout of power distribution equipment and identification of automated protection devices of the whole plan, which is the key factor deciding substation39。 In technology and economy aspects and so on ,it adopts two plan to be pared, and makes a good choice which is a economically, reliable and nimble main wiring scheme. Next, it carries on the short circuit putation, equipment39。 Then determines the factory power source coil, the bus bar and the high pressure distribution line. Finally, it carries on the secondary circuit plan, the installation relay protection, the antiradar protection and the grounding design. The design result may satisfy a certain metallurgical enterprise power supply, and guarantees the various workshop39。s steady operation.
