The building locates at a business mall in downtown. There are 4 floors below the ground and 22 above, and it includes business offices, restaurants and hotel in it. It belongs to First Class Highrise Building. The main content in this design includes that: the air conditioning and ventilating design of office, hotel rooms, restaurant and entertainment rooms , base at the different functions and partitions of the building; the design of Cooling amp。 the ventilating and smoke preventing amp。 the pressurization air supply system of antechamber and stairwell. Choose the design standard and the alternatives of the project. Search the local design parameters and design standard . work out the most optimized alternative for this project through calculating. Search the products of HVAC manufacturers and to be familiar with the uptodate technology of O HVAC industry and ply with the laws and codes of the country through out the design process. Perform the drawing of this project with the results of the calculating. Analyze the design results and the design parameters, discuss the main problems that encounter in the design process, an sum the design process.
