是連續(xù)輸送物料 機(jī)械中效率最高、使用最普遍的一種機(jī)型,是電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備 , 它起著給鍋爐提供燃料、保證鍋爐燃燒的作用。 wipers plow。 本設(shè)計(jì)的刮水器采用托輥 將 水刮下 , 其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是 摩擦小、對 輸送帶 的損傷小,是對傳統(tǒng)的犁式刮水器的一種突破。 本設(shè)計(jì)中 , 通過分析、比較,選用電動推桿作為 驅(qū)動 機(jī)構(gòu),電動推桿具有動作靈敏、平穩(wěn)、可靠、無噪聲、體積小、重量輕、推拉力大、速度范 圍廣、耗能小、裝卸方便、價(jià)格低廉等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 帶式輸送機(jī)刮水器是帶式輸送機(jī)的輔助設(shè)備, 該設(shè)備主要 安裝 在料場露天 輸送帶 的頭部和尾部, 在啟動時(shí) 將 帶式輸送機(jī)輸送帶 上積存的雨水及時(shí)刮掉, 避免 積存在 輸送帶 上的雨水進(jìn) 入物料,影響物料的性質(zhì) 。華北電力大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I B1400 帶式輸送機(jī)刮水器設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 帶式輸送機(jī)是連續(xù)運(yùn)輸機(jī)中效率最高、使用最普遍的一種機(jī)型。帶式輸送機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于 火電廠、 采礦、冶金、港口等 部門 。 該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維修方便、造價(jià)低、能耗少、 適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。確定總的設(shè)計(jì)方案后,進(jìn)行平托輥、 拉桿 、 托輥支架 、 電動推桿、電動推桿支架、推桿支座、活節(jié)螺栓 等的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) ,以及各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件 的選擇 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 輸送帶 輸送機(jī) ; 犁式 刮水器 ; 托輥 華北電力大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II The Design of wipers of B1400 Belt Conveyor Abstract The belt conveyor is the most efficient and the most monly machine in continuous transport device. It is widely used in thermal power plant, mining, metallurgy, the port and so on. The wipers of belt conveyor are belt conveyor’s auxiliary equipment. The equipment is mainly installed in the open yard of the head and tail belt. It is used to scratchoff water in time to avoid the water into materials so that affect the nature of materials when the belt conveyor starts. The device has a simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost and low power consumption, adaptability. In this design, motorized fader is selected as the drive mechanism through analysis and parison. Its advantages are action sensitive, stable, reliable, no noise, small size, light weight, big push pull, wide speed range, easy handling, low price. After determining the total design, design the structure of pinto roller, rod, roller frame, electric putt, putt electric frame, putting support, live section bolts and choose standard parts, tolerance level. The design of the wipers use rollertype, its advantages are small friction, small injury. It is a breakthrough in the traditional plow relative wipers.
