【正文】 等系統(tǒng)中基本的構(gòu)造單元甚至是重要的器件。 關(guān)鍵詞 :液晶空間光調(diào)制器 ;位相光柵;空間光場(chǎng)模式 II Abstract The spatial light modulator is a ponent of the optical field distribution of light modulation, which is widely used in optical information processing. The liquid crystal spatial light modulator is more easily to produce, cost lower and be higher efficiency and can achieve realtime modulation of the light wave pare with other spatial light modulator. Based on the many advantages of liquid crystal spatial light modulator, we design a liquid crystal spatial light modulator to study the space optical field model. A liquid crystal display fitting for SLM is chosen. Based on the former researches, the driver circuit is modified, the values in registers are set and the module of video signal processing is added in terms of the driving structure and the optical properties of the LCD. The voltage on the molecule of the liquid crystal display is limited in the period which can achieve phaseonly modulating. The structure of power supply is modified to make the signal processing more stable. The size of printed circuit board is smaller. It is operated more conveniently by modulating of microputer unit and serial interface control. The liquid crystal spatial light modulator has been designed pletely. Firstly, we use the liquid crystal spatial light modulator to produce a phase grating for the optical diffraction experiment according to the phase modulation characteristics. We also take measure the space location of diffraction spots. Then we use the liquid crystal spatial light modulator to make Fresnel Walpole strip which can simulate the focusing effect of the lens.
