Since the nieen seventies, the main circuit for silicon rectifier diodes and thyristors. Filter is connected with the main circuit and load, is used for filtering a pulsating DC voltage of the AC ponent. The transformer is arranged or not depending on the specific circumstances. Transformer is the role of AC input voltage and the output voltage of the DC and AC power grid and the matching between the rectifier circuit ( can reduce the electrical isolation between the power grid and the circuit between the electrical interference and failure effect ). There are many types of rectifier circuit, a half wave rectifier circuit, rectifier circuit, single phase full controlled bridge rectification circuit, a three phase half controlled bridge rectifier circuit, threephase fullbridge controlled rectifier paper focuses on the half wave rectifier circuit, use of MATLAB simulation and analysis. MATLAB provides visualization of the simulation tool Simtlink can directly establish the circuit simulation model, change the simulation parameters, and simulation results can be obtained with any of the immediate, strong visualizability, further eliminating the programming steps. This paper uses Simulink on three phase half wave rectifier circuit model, the different control angle are simulated and analyzed, not only further deepens to the threephase half wave rectifier circuit theory.
