The key reason of this problem is that both job applicants and recruiters are in a inconsistency. The inconsistency is how to find suitable work, how to hire qualified people to fill the vacancy of the pany,and how to use the least time and energy to find correct people that meet business requirements, so we design and plish a work platform which can make applicants and recruiters exchange remotely,namely a NewonlineRecruitmentandTest System(OLRS) on base of modern inter tecknology system.
