【正文】 二OO九年 五 月 13 / 18摘 要本文分為兩大部分，第一部分是機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，內(nèi)容包括塑料模具的工作原理及應(yīng)用，設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則以及產(chǎn)品的簡介。塑料注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，包括模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，注射機(jī)的選用，澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等方面。AbstractIn this paper,it is diveded into two first part is about the design of the structure of the is including the working theory and application of a plastic injection mold,the design princible,and the introducing of design calculation lf the plastic mold is including the desing of the mold ,the selecting of plastic injection mold machine,and the pour system design second part is about the application of the CAD/CAM inplastic injection include the software of CAXA,PRO/E and so on.
