選題的意義本論文主要內(nèi)容是對二級齒輪減速器進行設(shè)計計算,是對我們即將畢業(yè)走向工作崗位的有一次全面的、規(guī)范的機械設(shè)計能力的綜合訓(xùn)練。隨著工業(yè)快速的發(fā)展和工廠自動化程度的日益加劇,減速器的需求量也會大大增長。其可以很好的實現(xiàn)動力的傳遞,獲得某一速度和獲得較大的扭矩,效率十分之高,非常之準(zhǔn)確可靠。傳輸機生產(chǎn)線的裝置最常用的就是螺旋傳輸機傳動裝置中的以及圓柱齒輪減速器。隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)突飛猛進地發(fā)展,一般的速度已經(jīng)無法滿足快速工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的要求,于是就開發(fā)了利用減速器的傳輸機生產(chǎn)線,它能夠很好的提高作業(yè)人員和設(shè)備工裝的效率,有效的降低成本,提高生產(chǎn)能力。Analysis; transmission principle and parameter matching design levels,transmission parts and Assembly Sketches provide a basis.In Second, design and calculation of transmission parts, gear, shaft, bearing, coupling design choices and correction, to prepare for the design of the assembly drawing.Third, the design of gear reducer structure and its accessories in order to improve efficiency, reduce cost, Abstract第三,減速器結(jié)構(gòu)及其附件的設(shè)計以便提高效率、降低成本,使維修簡單。本文主要從以下幾個方面來進行齒輪減速器的設(shè)計:第一,合理的傳動裝置總體的設(shè)計,了解機械傳動裝置的原理及參數(shù)搭配,為設(shè)計各級傳動件和裝配草圖提供依據(jù)。齒輪減速器設(shè)計與三維建模摘 要本文在對二級斜齒圓柱齒輪減速器參數(shù)優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)上,利用Pro/E軟件建立了減速器的三維實體模型并進行虛擬裝配,其重點是關(guān)鍵部件斜齒圓柱齒輪的參數(shù)化建模過程。最后對該模型進行運動學(xué)仿真分析,給輸入軸一定轉(zhuǎn)速,由仿真分析得出中間軸和輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速,并將仿真結(jié)果與理論計算進行對比,從而驗證該結(jié)構(gòu)的有效性和可行性。第二,傳動零件的設(shè)計計算及齒輪、軸、滾動軸承、聯(lián)軸器的設(shè)計選擇與校正,為進行裝配草圖的設(shè)計做好準(zhǔn)備。第四,減速器裝配
