【正文】 二 〇 一 三 年 六 月摘 要現(xiàn)今無論是發(fā)展中國家還是發(fā)達(dá)國家，伴隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，人民生活水平的日益提高，有形物質(zhì)消費(fèi)品的快速增長，城市垃圾的數(shù)量也在日益增加，它污染生態(tài)環(huán)境，占用土地資源，已演變?yōu)槿祟惒坏貌幻鎸?duì)的一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻的環(huán)境問題。但不容否認(rèn)的是，垃圾中也蘊(yùn)含著一筆不可小覷的“礦藏”，通過垃圾處理過程，可分解出很多再循環(huán)利用的物質(zhì)[1][13]，這為我國提出的構(gòu)建節(jié)約型社會(huì)，能夠做出很大的貢獻(xiàn)。在我國，垃圾普遍是裝在一定規(guī)格的塑料袋中的。這種破袋方式的弊端很多，如工作進(jìn)度慢，對(duì)工作人員的身體造成傷害，很多可再循環(huán)利用的物質(zhì)被損壞等。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一款主軸為立式的垃圾破袋機(jī)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)直徑在一定范圍內(nèi)的袋裝垃圾進(jìn)行破袋處理，從而使里面的垃圾暴露出來，以便進(jìn)行下一道工序。其次，本文考慮了刀具的避讓問題與防纏繞裝置的設(shè)計(jì)問題，以便更好地對(duì)袋裝垃圾進(jìn)行破袋處理。s living standard is increasing day by day, the rapid growth of the tangible material consumer goods, the number of urban garbage are also increasing, its ecological environment, land resources, has evolved into a human have to face the severe environmental problems. But there is no denying the fact that waste also contains a minerals to be reckoned with, through the garbage disposal process, can break down a lot of recycling material, this is our country proposed to build a conservationminded society, can make a great contribution. So, the problem of waste disposal is a major problem to be solved. in our country, the garbage is mon in certain specifications of the plastic bags. Trash to the landfill, the first step is to garbage bags broken bag processing, and for a long time in China by way of broken bag is manual handling. This way of broken bag of a lot of shortings, such as work progress slowly, cause harm to workers health, much to recycling material damage, etc. But with the improvement of science and technology in our country, many large landfill also adopted a new way of broken bags, such as laser torn bags. this paper designed a spindle for garbage bag machine, vertical diameter can be realized within a certain range of garbage bags broken bag processing, so that the inside of the garbage exposed, for the next working procedure. This garbage bag machine main structure by the motor, belt pulley, knives, plate, shaft, shaft bracket, steel drum and other major parts.
