According to the important issue of the car runs security, this topic put forward the tire side impact test device for mechanical and electrical system design and research tasks. This design subject involves the purpose of new products is expected that provide a tire side impact resistance of the external force ability test device to tire manufacturers, 4S repair shops and related research unit, and expect to finish all kinds of the equipment on car tires resistance force ability of product profile analysis and parison, for many of the manufacturers, the user to provide maintenance a set of scientific side of the status identification equipment tires. so this topic and the design of the product, innovative products, for many vehicles running safety and in side impact study of tire damage all have the basic theoretical and practical significance.The design of the main content of tire is side impact experiment device overall layout, transmission scheme parison, pressure control system, electrical control system and safety protection system analysis and design. Design is fully considering to the existing of tire installed, keep the original basic tire installed function, Increases the speed variable functions work dish(Variable frequency speed regulation),wishbone can adjustable and rotate, impact stem impact tire side function, column can tilt back function, pneumatic door protection function and so on. Design content more prehensive coverage of the new product design requirements of the scheme parison, pressure control system, electrical control system and safety protection system.
