【正文】 學(xué) 生 姓 名： 最終評定成績： 緒 論改革開放以來，我國電弧爐煉鋼技術(shù)緊跟世界電爐煉鋼工業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢，得到了快速發(fā)展。特別是冶金工藝流程的革命性變換，如電爐從三期操作發(fā)展到只提供初煉鋼水的兩期操作，從模鑄到連鑄，從出鋼槽到偏心底出鋼，以及為了滿足連鑄生產(chǎn)的快節(jié)奏提高爐子生產(chǎn)率而采用多能源的綜合利用等等，所有這些改變都是促使為冶金工藝服務(wù)的電爐裝備也取得了突破性的發(fā)展。通過這些設(shè)備的調(diào)試、操作、維護(hù)以及備品的制造，提高了我國電爐制造的設(shè)計制造水平。當(dāng)前電弧爐正朝著大型電弧爐、超高功率供電技術(shù)、采用各種爐外精煉、發(fā)展直接還原法煉鋼、逐步擴大機械化自動化及用電子計算機進(jìn)行過程控制等的發(fā)展，所以我們進(jìn)行了電爐煉鋼的設(shè)計，以適應(yīng)潮流的發(fā)展。本設(shè)計由湖南工業(yè)大學(xué)冶金工程學(xué)院聶星星設(shè)計。摘 要當(dāng)前電弧爐正朝著大型電弧爐、超高功率供電技術(shù)、采用各種爐外精煉、發(fā)展直接還原法煉鋼、逐步擴大機械化自動化及用電子計算機進(jìn)行過程控制等的發(fā)展，所以我們進(jìn)行了電爐煉鋼的設(shè)計，以適應(yīng)潮流的發(fā)展。本設(shè)計根據(jù)指導(dǎo)老師的課題范圍，查閱相關(guān)資料，結(jié)合南京地區(qū)實際條件，優(yōu)化設(shè)計年產(chǎn)為250萬噸的電爐車間。結(jié)合《煉鋼設(shè)備及車間設(shè)計.》、《煉鋼設(shè)計原理》、《煉鋼設(shè)計原理》等資料進(jìn)行設(shè)計提綱的書寫。對電爐電氣設(shè)備、爐外精煉、連鑄系統(tǒng)、車間煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)、煉鋼車間布局，結(jié)合國內(nèi)大型電爐進(jìn)行設(shè)定并向蘇老師探討可行的方法和數(shù)據(jù)。關(guān)鍵字：電弧爐，車間設(shè)計，連鑄，爐外精煉ABSTRACTThe current is moving large electric arc furnace electric arc furnace, highpower power supply technology, using a variety of refining, the development of direct reduction steel making, and gradually expand the use of mechanization and automation and process control puter for the development, so we were EAF designed to fit the trend of development.
