【正文】 發(fā)展的一條重要途徑。縱觀現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展史，多元化作為一種普遍的企業(yè)成長方式，在大型企業(yè)的成長中占據(jù)著重要的位置。雖然成功的案例不少, 但也有不乏失敗的例子，所以不是所有進行多元化戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)都取得了理想的成就,也并非所有企業(yè)都能實行多元化。是什么原因造就了這種現(xiàn)象？怎樣才能成功地實現(xiàn)多元化經(jīng)營？本文針對我國企業(yè)多元化發(fā)展狀況進行了分析和研究，對多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施動因和實施條件進行了探討，同時也總結了企業(yè)實施多元化戰(zhàn)略失敗的原因。
