ost widely used in the thermal spraying process. This study is applied to repair the roller surface wear and other defects by plasma spraying process. This subject make the most important parameters and the optimal parameters, through the control of different process parameters and orthogonal analysis by plasma spraying process. And also microstructure and fracture of the plasma sprayed coating were investigated by means of EDS and XRD. NiCrCr3C2 is used as the spray powder in this with high wearresisting, Corrosion, high temperature oxidation resistance, sprayed to the substrate surface will greatly improve the performance of the substrate surface.
