了基于Pro/E 軟件構(gòu)建分型面的基本原理。畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)題 目 塑料罩Ⅱ注塑模具設(shè)計(jì) 英文題目 Injection Mold Design of the Plastic CoverⅡ 摘 要 論文對(duì)塑件的成型工藝進(jìn)行了可行性分析,介紹了該罩類(lèi)零件的模具設(shè)計(jì)流程,給出了模具結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),并對(duì)模具相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要參數(shù)以及注塑機(jī)的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格校核。因塑件含有側(cè)孔,需增設(shè)側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu),綜合多方面因素進(jìn)行分析、比較,在多種可行性設(shè)計(jì)方案中選擇最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,以實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的順利頂出,保證產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】注塑模具;抽芯機(jī)構(gòu);分型面AbstractThe thesis mainly introduced the mold design process of the caverparts, given the mold structure of the injection mold and the key points in the mold design process, as well as checked all of the important parameters of the injection machine and mold related structures strictly. Due to the sidehole of the part, corepulling mechanism agencies had to be added. Taking all kinds of factors into consideration, then selected the most reasonable program among all the available programs at last, ensured that the plastic was ejected and was manufactured automatic.Pro/E was wildly used throughout the process of 3D injection mould design, the basic principle of parting surface design based on Pro/E was also stated in the paper.【Key words 】Injection 言塑料作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)材料之一,已廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,與鋼鐵、木材、水泥成為材料領(lǐng)域的四大支柱,有著以塑代鋼、以塑代木的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。先進(jìn)的制造技術(shù)對(duì)注塑模具制造產(chǎn)生了重大的影響,利用先進(jìn)的 CAD/CAM/CAE技術(shù)進(jìn)行模具的設(shè)計(jì)與制造,不僅省時(shí)省力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)圖紙化加工,而且制品的準(zhǔn)確性,減少了試模的次數(shù),縮短模具的設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)周期,反過(guò)來(lái),注塑成型技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展也對(duì)制造技術(shù)不斷提高提出了新的要求。第一章
