【正文】 需要很多人剝掉殼。因?yàn)槊摎な且豁?xiàng)要求非常嚴(yán)格，而且花很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的艱難工作?；ㄉ谡ト』ㄉ?、做種用、銷售海外等都需要對(duì)花生進(jìn)行提前加工。不僅滿足了各省內(nèi)部的吃用，而且作為一種優(yōu)質(zhì)油料植物，成為我國(guó)重要的賺錢(qián)的好項(xiàng)目，想發(fā)財(cái)種花生已成主流共識(shí)。 labor intensity and improving labor productivity, and boost the development of peanut processing industry. Therefore, it is still a crucial problem on develop peanut sheller to reduce its crush rate. According to the physical characteristics of peanuts, I design a rollergrid type peanut sheller. In order to improve the design and performance of the hulling machine, I referred to a large amount of literature and investigation to find out the key factors that affect its performance and determine the optimal rotating speed of the roller and the best roller radius and grid space. Thus I propose the overall mechanism design scheme of the doubledrum type peanut sheller.
