整理、報(bào)關(guān)后發(fā)往世界各地。這三大快遞類型中,國(guó)內(nèi)快遞(即城際快遞)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最為激烈,是主要的快遞派送路線。(2) 國(guó)內(nèi)快遞:指在中國(guó)境內(nèi)快速傳遞信函、商業(yè)文件及物品的遞送業(yè)務(wù)。目前中國(guó)對(duì)快遞的法規(guī)的限定以及郵政的通郵服務(wù),民營(yíng)快遞主要的業(yè)務(wù)主要為為包裹和商業(yè)文件。(2) 商業(yè)文件:包括商業(yè)合同、工程圖紙、照片、照相復(fù)印品、金融票據(jù)、有價(jià)證券(不包括各國(guó)貨幣和無(wú)記名支票)、證書、單據(jù)、報(bào)表及手稿文件等全部印刷方式印制、復(fù)制的各種紙制品。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)力的提高,技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)分工的深化以使的快遞業(yè)明顯的優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的郵政業(yè),從而成為獨(dú)立的新興行業(yè)??爝f的核心和靈魂就是“快”,主體是“遞”。這些服務(wù)可利用自有或公共運(yùn)輸工具來(lái)提供”。(2)提供與上述過(guò)程相關(guān)的其他服務(wù),如清關(guān)和物流服務(wù)。是伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展新興起來(lái)的一門服務(wù)行業(yè)。與物流業(yè)的其它細(xì)分產(chǎn)業(yè)相比,快遞業(yè)具有更嚴(yán)格的時(shí)間性。根據(jù)實(shí)際需要,將運(yùn)輸、存儲(chǔ)、裝卸、搬運(yùn)、包裝、流通加工、配送、信息處理等基本功能實(shí)施有機(jī)結(jié)合。鑒于快遞在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和生活中發(fā)揮的越來(lái)越重要的作用,而我國(guó)大多數(shù)的快遞企業(yè)都存在著較多的問(wèn)題,因此,筆者特撰寫本文,希望能為中國(guó)快遞行業(yè)的發(fā)展盡自己的綿薄之力。(2)確定影響顧客滿意度的關(guān)鍵因素、計(jì)算顧客滿意度值,以便對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行定期顧客滿意度調(diào)研,比較顧客滿意度變化情況。然而,許多快遞企業(yè)存在著服務(wù)意識(shí)淡薄、服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)缺失、服務(wù)態(tài)度差的問(wèn)題,更不要說(shuō)能夠向客戶提供個(gè)性化、周到、滿意的服務(wù)。第四,服務(wù)差。能夠?qū)l(fā)貨人托付的物品準(zhǔn)確、齊全地交付給指定的收貨人,這是快遞服務(wù)的另外一項(xiàng)基本要求。然而,許多快遞企業(yè)由于在服務(wù)過(guò)程中缺乏相應(yīng)的管理或管理措施與管理力度不夠,導(dǎo)致最終交付收貨人的物品質(zhì)量存在一定的問(wèn)題,貨損率超過(guò)客戶可接受的程度,從而引發(fā)客戶的不滿與抱怨。第二,質(zhì)量不好。然而,較多的快遞企業(yè),尤其是中小型民營(yíng)快遞企業(yè),在遞送效率上都存在有不同程度的快件延誤的問(wèn)題。第一,效率不高。隨著快遞服務(wù)需求的不斷增加,快遞服務(wù)質(zhì)量也日益成為廣大客戶關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為全球快遞市場(chǎng)中發(fā)展最快的市場(chǎng)。因此,本文系統(tǒng)地研究快遞企業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,有助于分析制約快遞企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵物流能力要素,通過(guò)優(yōu)化企業(yè)物流資源配置及實(shí)施適當(dāng)?shù)奈锪靼l(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,就能提高其顧客滿意度,從而提升其在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。面對(duì)如此現(xiàn)狀,我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)快遞企業(yè)如何提高物流服務(wù)水平,成為了急需解決的問(wèn)題。如何有效解決這些問(wèn)題,化解各種矛盾與沖突,打破這層壁壘,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)快遞業(yè)以客戶為中心,以完善的服務(wù)為準(zhǔn)則,時(shí)時(shí)處處為客戶提供周到熱情安全準(zhǔn)時(shí)的服務(wù);使客戶與企業(yè)能夠建立良好的關(guān)系,以推動(dòng)快遞業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定地發(fā)展,進(jìn)而為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。隨著近年來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),快遞業(yè)正快速發(fā)展,并成為配送行業(yè)中最具潛能、最富活力和最有前景的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域??爝f業(yè)在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中為經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)做出巨大貢獻(xiàn),也給普通人的生活帶來(lái)很大的便利??爝f業(yè)是在傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上,隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和對(duì)外貿(mào)易的快速增長(zhǎng)而興起的新型現(xiàn)代物流業(yè),擁有較高的附加值。(一)選題的背景快遞業(yè)是 20 世紀(jì) 60 年代末在美國(guó)誕生的一個(gè)新的行業(yè)。現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)包含多方面的內(nèi)容,其中,快遞作為物流行業(yè)的主要組成部分,以其快捷、準(zhǔn)確和優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)正逐步贏得越來(lái)越多的客戶,由此使我國(guó)快遞企業(yè)的數(shù)量與日俱增,而快遞業(yè)究竟如何發(fā)展也開始受到社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。關(guān)鍵詞:快遞行業(yè)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、評(píng)價(jià)體系A(chǔ)bstractWith the rapid development of world economy and the tough change of market petition,enterprises require more and more fast and safe delivery of business documents and samples. In the meantime,costumers are seeking for shopping without leaving houses. Above two aspects engender a new service meansexpress service,to meet the bloom demand of market,which is with the character of fast speed and doordoor.Nowadays, express delivery service is deeply rooted into our daily life, being a major channel for the delivery of general mail and goods. Express delivery service is getting more and more popular for most customers, but there are still many problems existing in the whole process of delivery business. Especially, the express delivery service quality problem is always a trouble that restrains the sustainable development of most express delivery suppliers in China. At present, there are neither more studies done on the express delivery service quality problem home or abroad, nor related study literatures. Therefore, how to improve the express delivery service quality of those Chinese enterprises is a focus of attention for this dissertation.After nearly 30 years of development,Modern Express industry has bee a industry with huge profit and potential. Domestic express industry is growing at the rate of 30% annually, and has formed a 10 billion yuan upon a time, China Postal was the only express pany in Chinese market. But now, more and more Express panies have show up in China, including foreign –owned corporations, privateowned corporations and joint ventures. As the first industrystandard of express implemented in 2008, the petition of express market is intensified. Express industry needs a service quality evaluation system.Express is a petitive business market. The product is privatenatured. It originated from the development of modern society. The development of express is the result of petition.
