【正文】 摘 要直流的電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)用在很多場(chǎng)合,不管是工業(yè)上還是現(xiàn)實(shí)里。觀察多種控制直流電機(jī)的芯片我們就可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，盡管效率有了較大的提升,但成本，制做工藝都有了比較高的要求。論文根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的要求實(shí)現(xiàn)了整體方案設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)選型，對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)的控制方案對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件設(shè)計(jì)做了仔細(xì)闡述。 軟件部分運(yùn)用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思想，設(shè)計(jì)了各個(gè)模塊的流程圖。實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)直流電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)參數(shù)的設(shè)置、啟動(dòng)、停止、加速、減速和顯示等功能。 直流電動(dòng)機(jī)優(yōu)良的調(diào)速特性,調(diào)速平滑，方便，調(diào)速范圍廣，過載能力大，能承受頻繁的沖擊負(fù)載，實(shí)現(xiàn)頻繁的無級(jí)快速起動(dòng)、制動(dòng)和反轉(zhuǎn)；電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)采用微機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制，是電氣傳動(dòng)發(fā)展的重要方向之一。 關(guān)鍵詞：直流電動(dòng)機(jī)；單片機(jī)；89c51；調(diào)速；LCD1602 The Design of Digital DC Converter Circuit Base on MCU AbstractThe DC motor is widely used in many occasions, and it is industrial or a variety of DC motor control chip we can see, efficiency has been improved, but the cost of the production process have requirements. This thesis is based on the MCU digital DC converter circuit design using 89c51microcontroller design lowcost, fully functional advantages. Thesis pleted under the requirements of the system overall program design and system selection for the design of the control scheme discussed in detail the control system hardware and software design. The hardware part of the first made the overall design, and then 89c51microcontroller as the core hardware configuration, the keyboard circuit speed circuit, the LCD1602 display circuit were described in detail。 a DC motor rotation parameter settings, start, stop, acceleration, deceleration, and display functions.
