【正文】 :方案一想的太不周全,沒有考慮到小車整個行進過程中的各種復(fù)雜情況。方案二:由于小車過十字線遇到一線時,與停止線情況重合,這樣程序就會產(chǎn)生矛盾。(3)小車循跡時遇到十字線。方案比較:方案一想的過于理想化,程序死板,容易出錯。方案一:按推理當(dāng)中間燈與左(右)外側(cè)燈同時檢測到低電平時,進行拐彎。相比于方案一,方案二更具靈活性,為上圖軌跡的停止提供了更大的可能性。方案二:由于小車可能不會正正好好的到達橫線,也許會傾斜,這樣就不能5個燈同時檢測到低電平,當(dāng)小車檢測到最左面兩燈同時檢測到高電平或最右面兩燈同時檢測到高電平時小車調(diào)用停止函數(shù)并延時??傮w簡易關(guān)系圖:控制模塊循跡模塊驅(qū)動模塊電源模塊 方案論證:(1)小車循跡時遇到如下圖形時程序調(diào)用延時函數(shù),使小車能停下來。循跡模塊:由5個紅外燈不斷地發(fā)出接收信號,從而實現(xiàn)對黑線條的循跡。 電源模塊:由12伏電源供電,運用LM2596,LM1117實現(xiàn)降壓,達到供其他模塊工作的目的。摘要:循跡小車是系統(tǒng)控制以單片機為核心, 通過對前向通道紅外傳感器信號,、驅(qū)動模塊、循跡模塊實現(xiàn)黑色線條軌道的尋蹤。本系統(tǒng)的模塊主要有:紅外循跡模塊、單片機最小系統(tǒng)模塊(控制器模塊)、電源模塊、L298芯片驅(qū)動步進電機模塊。小組名稱(智能車組)末日方舟組長胡奧組員李文釗組員韓甲寶指導(dǎo)人三英卓越電子協(xié)會比賽論文哈爾濱理工大學(xué)第五屆“電子設(shè)計大賽”技術(shù)報告基于單片機控制的智能循跡小車設(shè)計報告摘要 本系統(tǒng)是通過紅外檢測器采集道路信號,以單片機STC12C5A60S2為控制核心,與L298一起控制電機,使智能小車按照比賽中所設(shè)計的賽道上行駛,即在跑道中智能的進行轉(zhuǎn)彎、排除干擾,順利地通過整個賽道。它要求實時采集傳感器信號,智能分析路徑信息,利用紅外檢測器所檢測到跑道上的信號傳送到單片機,再通過單片機對步進電機控制,實現(xiàn)小車車輪的轉(zhuǎn)動,進而控制小車的前進、轉(zhuǎn)彎、停止等狀態(tài)。 關(guān)鍵詞:智能小車 單片機 紅外傳感 步進電機 Abstract The system is through the infrared detector acquisition road signal with the single chip processor of STC12C5A60S2 as a control core, SCM and L298 together control the motor, so that it makes intelligent car drive on the track designed according to thepetition . that is the intelligence car can runway, turn around obstructions and through the whole circuit smoothly .It needs to Acquire sensor data signal at anytime and analysisy the path information intelligently and realize the direction control automatically . The system consists of the following modules : the tracing module, the singlechip microputer infrared followed the smallest system module (controller module), the power modules and stepping motor module with the chip of L298.
