【正文】 遇到了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。中小企業(yè)的核心問題是生存問題，而維持中小企業(yè)生存的關(guān)鍵在于企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理。為此，本文針對(duì)中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行闡述，認(rèn)為中小企業(yè)面臨籌資困難，資金嚴(yán)重不足，投資能力較弱且缺乏科學(xué)性，籌資能力差而難以滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的要求，財(cái)務(wù)控制薄弱，難于規(guī)避財(cái)務(wù)負(fù)債的陷阱以及財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)的陷阱突現(xiàn)的問題，并提出發(fā)揮財(cái)務(wù)管理在我國(guó)中小企業(yè)運(yùn)用的對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞: 中小企業(yè) 財(cái)務(wù)管理 財(cái)務(wù)控制Strengthen the financial management of SMEs to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises Xierenayi keyoumu School of Finance and EconomicsAbstract: Since the accession to the WTO , China39。s core problem is the problem of existence, while maintaining the key to the survival of SMEs is that the financial management of enterprises.
