However, the enterprise in different life cycle stages and embodies the different financial characteristics, it has a significant impact on the choice of financial strategy. Currently, under the strategic guidance to build an innovationoriented country, obtained the rapid development of high and new technology enterprises in our country, but because of its high risk, technology research and development of new and high technology enterprise is in a state of high birthrate and high mortality. Key words:Enterprise life cycle The financial strategy High and new technology enterprise present situatioII基于企業(yè)生命周期的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略研究——以我國(guó)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為例生命周期理論是反映事物從產(chǎn)生到衰亡的特殊發(fā)展規(guī)律的理論。隨著我國(guó)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略理論研究的不斷深入，研究成果大量出現(xiàn)，同時(shí)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略在實(shí)踐運(yùn)用中為一些企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)了成功，人們對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)程度在逐步提高，對(duì)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)注程度也逐步加強(qiáng)。一、高新技術(shù)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略必須具有相當(dāng)?shù)撵`活性。從創(chuàng)新的方式上看，我國(guó)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)大都以自主創(chuàng)新為主，追求技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的研發(fā)活動(dòng)成為高新技術(shù)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的核心。 技術(shù)上的創(chuàng)新離不開經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的支持。要實(shí)現(xiàn)重大的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略上的靈活性要求很高。二、高新技術(shù)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略需要應(yīng)對(duì)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、高收益的挑戰(zhàn)。在西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和日本，高新技術(shù)企業(yè)都被認(rèn)為是抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力脆弱的企業(yè)，成功率普遍不高，許多技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目往往在實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)化之前失敗。企業(yè)開始品嘗到與高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相伴而行的大大超出原始投資的高額回報(bào)。三、高新技術(shù)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略要注意企業(yè)無(wú)形資產(chǎn)地位顯著，人力資本舉足輕重的特征。在我國(guó)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的資本投入中，包括物質(zhì)資本與非物質(zhì)資本的投入。在我國(guó)高
