【正文】 來越引起人們的重視。 本書從全球電子政務(wù)發(fā)展的高度 ,總結(jié)和介紹了電子政務(wù)的一般理論 ,同時立足中國國情 ,重點探討如何推進我國電子政務(wù)建設(shè)問題 .其中 ,既有從定量和定性兩方面對我國電子政務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的分析 ,也有針對我國電子政務(wù)存在的緊迫問題提出了意見。這場新的信息革命就是以數(shù) 字化多媒體集成和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)綜合而成的第二次信息化浪潮，網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)是其主要標志。 人類社會進步的歷史就是不斷創(chuàng) 新 和利用科學(xué)技術(shù)的歷史，隨著以全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為代表的新一代信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，人類社會已步人一個嶄新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代。 中 文 摘 要 電子政務(wù)是指政府機構(gòu)在其管理和服務(wù)職能中運用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù) ,實現(xiàn)政府組織機構(gòu)和工作流程的優(yōu)化 ,超越時間 、 空間和部門分隔而構(gòu)建的一個精簡、高效、廉潔、公平的政府運作模式。近幾年 ,我國電子政務(wù)取得了長足的進展 ,但也存在著不少問題 ,制約著我國電子政務(wù)的進一步發(fā)展。 20 世紀 90 年代 “ 信息高速公路 ” 的興起，一場新的信息化浪潮迅速席卷全球。電子政務(wù)就是在以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為核心的信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上所產(chǎn)生的政府管理的改革。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：電子政務(wù)、電子政務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、電子政務(wù)發(fā)展 Abstract Egovernment is that the government institution in its management and service functions of using modern information technology, realize the anization and working process optimization, beyond time and space and department disjunctive system and building a concisefficient and honest, fair government operation mode. In recent years, country electron government affairs has made considerable progress, but there are still many problems and restricts the further development of Chinese society advances of history is the constant creation and using the history of science and technology, with global Inter technology, as a representative of the new generation of the rapid development of information technology, human society has step a new era of Inter. During the 1990s “information superhighway rise, a new wave of information rapid sweeping the globe. This new information revolution is with digital multimedia integration and work technologies such as integrated into a second wave of information, and work technology is its main mark. Egovernment is in work technology as the core of the information technoldevelopment on the basis of government produced management reform. The dissertation is introducing the theory and development of Egovernment throughout the globe And it gives and discusses the problems of the E government during the destruction of E government from two aspacts, especially in our the same time ,it analyzes the situation of the E government. So ,the suggestion is shown to the urgent existent question in our country.
