【正文】 007 屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）題 目：再生纖維素溶解性能研究英文題目：The Solubility Investigation of RegeneratedCellulosic Fibers In Metal Complex Solution學(xué)生姓名 張曉曉班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào) 0340609指導(dǎo)教師 王政華 19北京**大學(xué)再生纖維素溶解性能研究前言隨著資源與環(huán)境問題越來越引起了人們的關(guān)注。天然纖維素得到了重視。纖維素資源十分豐富，纖維素是可再生的自然資源，具有可持續(xù)性；纖維素具有環(huán)保性，可參與自然界的生態(tài)循環(huán)。從生產(chǎn)工藝看，目前再生纖維素纖維基本可分為兩類：一類是以粘膠纖維為代表的傳統(tǒng)型生產(chǎn)工藝，這其中包括普通粘膠纖維、高濕模量粘膠纖維、Modal纖維等；另一類是以Lyocell纖維為代表的新型溶劑法生產(chǎn)工藝，包括英國(guó)Courtanlds公司生產(chǎn)的Tencel、奧地利Lenzing公司生產(chǎn)的Lyocell、 德國(guó)的AkzoNobel公司生產(chǎn)的Newcell纖維等。摘要本文研究重點(diǎn)在于金屬配合物類的纖維素溶劑配制方法，測(cè)試各種再生纖維素纖維在這些溶劑中的溶解性能，確定溶液濃度對(duì)再生纖維素纖維溶解能力的影響。再生纖維素纖維包括：普通粘膠、莫代爾纖維、天絲、竹漿粕纖維、麻漿粕纖維。而二氯化三乙二胺合鋅和硫酸三乙二胺合鋅溶液對(duì)纖維樣品的幾乎沒有溶解能力。關(guān)鍵詞：再生纖維素纖維；金屬配合物；氫氧化四氨合銅溶液；溶解AbstractIn this paper, the pivots are the preparation of metal plex, and test the solubility of regenerated cellulosic fibers in these solutions. And changes the concentration of these solutions for ascertain the effect of the concentration to the solubility. The solutions include:[Cu(NH3)4](OH)2 solution,[Cu(C2H8N2)3](OH)2 solution, [Cd(C2H8N2)3](OH)2 solution, [Zn(C2H8N2)3]Cl2 solution and [Zn(C2H8N2)3]SO4 solution.
