軟件進(jìn)行了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控界面的設(shè)計(jì),通過對(duì)液位數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理、輸出處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)液位高度的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、自動(dòng)/手動(dòng)的無擾切換、報(bào)警顯示等功能。本設(shè)計(jì)采用了 PACSystems RX3i 控制器對(duì)水箱液位設(shè)備控制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。PAC 系統(tǒng)是繼PLC、DCS 之后的新一代控制系統(tǒng),綜合了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的一種新型的、多功能控制器平臺(tái),廣泛應(yīng)用工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)基于 GE PACSystems RX3i 的水箱液位控制設(shè)摘 要液位控制是常見的工業(yè)過程控制之一,它廣泛運(yùn)用于水塔、鍋爐、高層建筑水箱、罐、工業(yè)化工槽等受壓容器的液位測(cè)量。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,人們對(duì)生產(chǎn)的控制精度要求越來越高,所以提高液位控制系統(tǒng)的性能顯得十分重要。因此我們很有必要對(duì)PAC RX3i 液位控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。主控器采用 PACSystems RX3i 系列的 IC695CPU310 模塊,控制對(duì)象為實(shí)驗(yàn)室的水箱液位設(shè)備,采用以太網(wǎng)進(jìn)行通訊,用 PME 軟件完成了系統(tǒng)硬件配置,各個(gè)模塊的的梯形圖設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了任意液位高度的手動(dòng)/
